The FAU Executive Master of Accounting with a concentration in Business Valuation program focuses on areas such as estates and gifts, intellectual property, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and stock valuations. Our program gives you the option of taking only 3 or 4 additional courses to earn a dual concentration in Business Valuation and Forensic Accounting. You’ll learn firsthand from top professors, including, for example, Dr. Michael Crain, a seasoned valuation expert. In his private practice, Dr. Crain’s hourly rate is $425 per hour.
The FAU Executive Master of Taxation Program focuses on wealth-centered tax advisory services: tax consulting, tax compliance (including preparing tax returns), and representing clients before tax authorities. Since we have many tax professionals in our program, we don’t have classes during tax season (in the spring semester) so our students have adequate time to devote to their clients. The Certificate in Business Valuation is a four-course certificate program that is designed to provide students with specialized knowledge and skills that address an important and growing specialized area of accounting.
The Healthcare Fraud Certificate Program is a non-credit certificate program designed to provide students with specialized knowledge and skills relating to healthcare fraud and abuse investigations, and regulatory compliance.
