SOAEP Students:

In a hurricane situation the entire FAU Campus, including SOAEP lecture servers may lose power.  If the electricity goes out and you cannot view your lectures, please send a Help Desk ticket to: techsupport@schoolofaccounting.com.  We will reply as soon as possible. 

Because of the impending storm, there may be a delay in response time.  Please be patient.

All support requests posted to the Help Desk after 3pm EST on 10/05/16 will be replied to on Monday, 10/10/16 when FAU is scheduled to reopen.  

Please continue to monitor http://fau.edu/advisory/ in case FAU extends the period of time that the campuses and offices are closed.
