Due to a total network and phone system outage this past Monday, August 27, 2018, we did have some deliverability issues with the SOAEP HelpDesk. As a result, a few of your tickets and service requests went unanswered. The issue has since been resolved by our service provider since 8:30pm EST yesterday. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
If you sent in a support request to the SOAEP HelpDesk over the last 48 hours and we have not responded to you with a resolution, we are asking you to please resend those requests to us at your earliest convenience so that we can work to resolve the problem for you.
