Find out where their Executive Forensic Accounting Degrees have taken SOAEP Alumni Austin Tellam, CIA, CFE, CCEP and Roberto Valdez, CISM, CISA, CPA when they join us on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 11:30am EST for an interesting discussion.  You will hear about steps to success that you can take during your graduate program, advice for achieving your career goals, and possibly even opportunities after graduation.  Information on joining us for this event (in person and online) is at the bottom of this post.

Mr. Tellam graduated from the Forensic Accounting Program in 2011 and is currently the Senior Manager at EisnerAmper.  He has nearly 15 years of experience leading and managing complex international investigations throughout the U.S. and Latin America.  Austin will be also be bringing with him a desire to search out and possibly hire Forensic Accountants from this program.  SOAEP Students and Alumni should come fully prepared to ask questions about the field of forensic accounting and network with a potential future employer.

Mr. Valdez graduated from the Forensic Accounting Program in 2014 and is currently Manager of Risk Advisory Services for Kaufman Rossin in Boca Raton.  Rob specializes in the Information Technology aspect of forensic accounting where he works with clients to identify, manage and combat cybersecurity threats such as phishing attacks, ransomware and data breaches while meeting compliance requirements.  Mr. Valdez is also a respected member of the School of Accounting Executive Programs Faculty and serves as the practitioner Instructor in the Writing for Forensic Accounting courses.

You’re not going to want to miss this event!  We promise.  Especially if you are graduating soon or if you’re an alumni.  This is an opportunity to network with forensic accountants who are already in the profession.  To save a seat and take part in this discussion (lunch provided), please RSVP using the form below.
